Booking Appointments
Consultation is by appointment or walk-ins at either 8:30am or 2:15pm. Patients presenting without an appointment will be fitted in at the earliest available time. Appointments will not be taken over email. Any urgent medical matters will always be dealt with promptly.
Walk-ins are for urgent matters only, if your matter is not urgent please book in for an appointment rather than attend a walk-in appointment.
Please "check-in" with reception on your arrival to avoid any unnecessary delay. Every effort is made to keep appointment times, however this can be difficult due to emergencies, walk-ins or unexpected longer consultations. To help us schedule appointments appropriately, please tell receptionists when booking if your consultation is likely to be longer, e.g. if more than one family member is being seen.
If for any reason you are unable to attend your appointment, please call reception promptly and cancel your appointment.
New patients are urged to book an appointment for their first consultation rather than present at walk-in times.
